Our Design Process

The process of custom jewelry design begins with an idea or desire. Some customers have a specific design in mind while others are open to suggestions. We welcome both types of customers.

*Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so it's essential to consider this before moving forward with your project.

Step 1.

To start the process, you can schedule an appointment with Hugo for your first consultation. Our consultations are always free, whether or not you decide to proceed with the project. During this meeting, you will work closely with Hugo to discuss all the details and finalize your design. He will provide you with a quote, and then you can decide whether to move forward.

Step 2.

If necessary, Hugo will make any last-minute adjustments and discuss them with you. Custom orders typically take two weeks to complete. For rush orders, we require a minimum of three days, but during busy periods, it may take up to four weeks.

Step 3.

When your custom order is ready, we will contact you for a final inspection. While we hope you are immediately satisfied, we allow up to two alterations (when possible) before any additional charges are applied.

All our hand-made pieces come with a lifetime guarantee and free cleanings. If there is ever a defect due to craftsmanship, we will fix and correct the issue free of charge.
