Privacy Policy

Return Policy

Please call our store at (805) 652-0484 if you would like to return something for store credit. We do not offer refunds. If you would like to exchange something, call us within 15 days after the date of purchase with receipt. We will have exceptions for gift items and allow more than 15 days for these incidences.

Shipping Policy

Your items will ship out within three days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at (805) 652-0484 for charges. Otherwise shipping is free.

Shipping and Handling Costs

All items are shipped for free unless you need some thing rush delivered to you.
